General Donations
A Letter for our Reunion Committee:
Thank you in advance for considering to contribute to our family. This money is being rasied to continue the legacy our ancestors began over 20 years ago. Donations are not designed to cover the cost of food or activities alone, rather they are collected to give us the opportunity to pour life back into ourselves in order for our childern and our children's children to have a family reunion to attend for the next 2o years.
Please know that donations are totally voluntarily, no one is obligated to donate nor will we share where donations are coming from.

There are various expenses associated with making sure that the legacy our ancestors started over 20 years ago will continue. A donation towards miscellaneous expenses would be a great way to help defray the costs and ensure that a variety of things are paid. These expenses include:
1) Website Maintenance: The website costs $14.95/month. This is one of our biggest operating expenses. The website has been a great way to send and receive information to all family members. We would like to maintain the website. After the reunion, we will post pictures and, hopefully, video of some of the reunion activities. You are also able to leave comments and stay in touch with family members.
2) Misc. Activities: We would like to be able to include as many additional activities at low cost for the family. Your donation will go towards any extra activities that we decide to include.
3) Misc. Souvenirs & Decorations: The cost of the t-shirts are not included in your payment for the reunion. Any money raised from donations would also go towards gift bags for every family member.
4) Misc. Operating Expenses: While many of our family members have email addresses, there are a quite a few who do not. Therefore, reunion letters are only sent out to those without access to technology in order to inform them of the updates. This requires us to pay for stamps, envelopes, paper, ink, etc.
Any donation will be greatly appreciated!
A 100% of the proceeds received by the Archie~Jackson~Massey Reunion will go towards the items listed above.
